This policy explains what information vinu.org collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. VINU Foundation runs this site as an informational presence for VinuChain and its ecosystem. It is a content site: there are no user accounts, and we ask for personal information only when you choose to contact us.

Information we collect
Technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This is used to operate the site securely and diagnose problems.
Contact details. If you email us, we receive the address you write from and whatever you include in your message. We use this only to reply and to follow up on your request.
Preferences. Your light or dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device and is not a tracking identifier.
How we use information
We use the information above to serve and secure the website, to respond to messages you send us, and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is performing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
vinu.org does not set advertising cookies. If we add privacy- respecting analytics in future to measure traffic in aggregate, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Third parties
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf as our hosting and content-delivery provider. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider receives your visit. External links (for example to nyks.tech) are governed by their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To make a request, email foundation@vinu.org and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
